Your Journey Begins in an Introductory Group
Joining the Effective Listening group series means becoming part of a community striving for mutual wellbeing, helping one another unlock our full potential and contribute to a flourishing world.
In the 16-week introductory group series, participants embark on a transformative journey of personal growth and connection. This supportive environment helps people face and overcome internal obstacles that keep them functioning at less than their full capacity. This leads to increases in emotional intelligence, improved relationships, and generally better functioning in life.
Each 2-hour weekly session teaches Effective Listening skills through practical, hands-on activities, presentations of theory, group demonstrations, 1-on-1 sessions, and lots of fun.
Participants experience rapid transformation in a safe and structured setting.
Throughout the series, participants work with one another in weekly Listening Partnerships, practicing the skills they are learning in a 1-1 setting.
The group sessions are a fun and engaging blend of light-hearted moments and deep emotional healing, leaving participants feeling empowered and connected, and giving them the tools to act more and more powerfully in their 1-1 Listening Partnerships and in life in general.

The intention of the call is a mutual sussing out of whether the group will be good for you, and you will be good for the group. It will also help prepare you for a positive group experience if we decide to continue.
Doing an intro call is not a guarantee of getting into a group - we will both determine whether it makes sense to move forward.

If you both decide that the group is right for you, well that is awesome!! Get ready to begin your transformational journey!! You'll need to secure your spot with a deposit, and then you'll get a zoom link for the group. Mark your calendar for that first group and be sure to hop on the zoom a few minutes early to work out any technical issues. 2 hours flies by in these groups, so get ready to jump in with both feet!
